Description
Arabica Ground Coffee
Indonesia Standard Quality Grade

Arabica Ground Coffee (Coffea arabica) is made from carefully selected Indonesian Arabica coffee beans that are roasted and finely ground to produce a convenient, aromatic, and flavorful coffee product. Indonesian Arabica is known for its diverse sensory characteristics, including pleasant acidity, natural sweetness, smooth body, and complex aromas influenced by its growing region, altitude, variety, processing method, and roasting profile.
ORIGIN:
Coffea arabica is native to the highlands of Ethiopia and is now cultivated in tropical coffee-growing regions around the world. In Indonesia, Arabica coffee is widely grown in highland areas across Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, Bali, Flores, and Papua.
PLANTING:
Thrives in cool to moderate tropical highland climates, generally at elevations of approximately 800–2,000 meters above sea level. It grows best in fertile, well-drained soil with sufficient rainfall and suitable shade. Healthy coffee seedlings are planted in prepared soil and maintained through regular pruning, fertilization, weed control, and pest management.
HARVESTING & PROCESSING:
Harvesting: Mature coffee cherries are selectively picked when they reach full ripeness, usually identified by their deep red color. The cherries are sorted and processed using methods such as washed, natural, or honey processing.
Roasting: After processing and drying, the green coffee beans are carefully roasted under controlled temperature and time conditions to develop their desired aroma, flavor, acidity, sweetness, and body.
Grinding: The roasted beans are ground to a controlled particle size according to the intended brewing method, such as fine grinding for espresso or medium grinding for filter coffee.
