Arabica Roasted Beans
Indonesia Standard Quality Grade

Arabica Roasted Coffee Beans (Coffea arabica) are premium coffee beans cultivated in Indonesia’s highland regions and carefully roasted to develop their distinctive aroma, flavor, body, and character. Indonesian Arabica is recognized for its diverse cup profiles, balanced acidity, natural sweetness, and complex aromas influenced by origin, altitude, variety, and processing method.

ORIGIN:
Coffea arabica is native to the highlands of Ethiopia and is now cultivated throughout tropical coffee-growing regions. In Indonesia, Arabica coffee is grown in highland areas across Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, Bali, Flores, and Papua.

PLANTING:
Thrives in cool to moderate tropical highland climates, generally at elevations of approximately 800–2,000 meters above sea level. It grows best in fertile, well-drained soil with adequate rainfall and suitable shade. Healthy coffee seedlings are planted in prepared soil and maintained through regular pruning, fertilization, weed control, and pest management.

HARVESTING & ROASTING:
Harvesting: Mature coffee cherries are selectively harvested when they reach full ripeness, usually indicated by their deep red color. The cherries are then sorted and processed using methods such as washed, natural, or honey processing.

Drying & Processing: After processing, the coffee beans are dried to the appropriate moisture level, hulled, graded, and carefully sorted to produce high-quality green coffee beans.

Roasting: The green beans are roasted under controlled temperature and time conditions to develop the desired aroma, flavor, acidity, body, sweetness, and roast character. Roasting profiles may range from light to medium and dark, depending on the intended product and brewing application.
